Grooming & The 3 A’s

Grooming is a manipulative process used by offenders to gain access and trust with potential victims. During the holidays, there is a spike in grooming behaviors. This short video series uses what TBCAC calls, “The 3 A’s” to help parents and caregivers better understand grooming and how it can be prevented. The 3 A’s are access, alone time, and authority.

Digital Safety

Our digital environment can be a scary place, but it is also deeply integrated into our culture. Being connected online can bring lots of positive benefits to a young person’s social life, and as adults, we can help prepare them for the pressure that comes with having access to the internet. This short video series uses TBCAC’s Talk Protect Report (TPR) framework to help parents and caregivers best support their family’s safety online.
